Really We the American people owe nothing to China, but the Federal Reserve does. When this SHTF we must stand up and say to China and others that the money belongs to Federal Reserve Not the American people. If it was the American people's money it would say " U.S. Treasury Note " and Not Federal Reserve Note. I and you should not recognize a foreign banks paper notes as ours. It's not our money because we pay a usually fee on their money. Our Constitution demands Gold and Silver coin as money.
