North Korea Warns Of Nuclear Attack On U.S. 'If Provoked' (April 11, 2017 Headlines)

North Korea is vowing tough counteraction to any military moves that might follow the U.S. move to send the USS Carl Vinson. North Korean state media on Tuesday warned of a nuclear attack on the United States at any sign of a U.S. pre-emptive strike.
